Warble Cloud — server rules

We follow the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct . Read it. The TL;DR is below.

1. Be excellent

Empathy first. Disagree on the substance, never on the person. Public criticism of code is fine — public criticism of people is not.

2. Stay on topic

Each channel has a purpose (described in its channel topic). Off-topic in #off-topic only.

3. No spam, no drive-bys

No referral links. No “join my Discord” cross-promotion. No DMing members you’ve never spoken to.

4. No NDA leaks

If your employer hasn’t said it publicly, don’t say it here. We’d rather you stay employed.

5. AI-generated answers must be marked

If you use an LLM to draft a reply in #help, label it [LLM-drafted] so others know to verify. We’re not anti-AI — we’re anti-hallucination-without-disclosure.

6. No @everyone / @here unless you’re a Steward

Locked at the role level. Asking is fine — pinging without warning is not.

7. Office Hours are recorded

By joining the Office Hours voice room, you consent to recording. Mute / leave if you don’t want to be recorded.

8. Reporting

DM any moderator, or email conduct@warblecloud.com. We respond within 48 hours and protect reporter privacy.

By staying in the server, you agree to these rules. Violations escalate per the enforcement guidelines : Correction → Warning → Temp ban → Permanent ban.

🐦 Birds of a feather.
